Dear Resident:
The Ad Hoc Advisory Committee on Landscape Design and Management seeks your questions and comments on a proposal prepared by Natural Resource Design, Inc., for the specifications of our next landscape maintenance contract.
Except for the labels from chemicals that might be part of a proposed maintenance program (you may review those labels at the Front Desk by requesting the Landscape Maintenance Report), all of the components of the report are posted here for your review.

We would be grateful if you would please observe these guidelines:
1. Limit your questions to the specifications for the upcoming landscape maintenance contract. We have not received any design recommendations yet, so those are not part of this review process. 2. List your questions in order of importance…most important first. 3. Separate general, over-arching, or philosophical questions from those that touch on a specific reference in the text. Where questions are specific to a section of the report, specify clearly the document and page/para references or a few key words. 4. Note that residents may not contact contractors directly.
Questions/comments received by 10 p.m. on Sunday, September 3, 2006, will be shared with NRD and the Committee. We will post the answers to the questions on this website as soon as possible after the committee meeting on September 13 and with the Board of Directors at the September 26 Work Session.
